Parenthood brings a lot of emotions that are tricky to cope with and one of them is guilt. Guilt can manifest itself in many ways for parents; whether you feel guilty about working and needing childcare, neglecting your relationship and friendships while focusing on your children, ignoring the housework, neglecting yourself and your well being, the list goes on!
